Did I hear that right? Was Tamar Braxton really fired from The Real? I remember seeing her Instagram post recently, but I didn’t really think anything of it.

Now, as I was browsing The Real clips on YouTube (one of my favorite pastimes), someone commented on a video that she was fired. Fired? What? Really? Why? She was just taping a show this Friday! So far, there have been unconfirmed reports saying that this rumor may actually be true!

Yesterday, the 39-year-old Grammy-nominated R&B singer and songwriter posted on her Instagram page, “I love u all but I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted ( not my man or my sisters) I am not about to be tried and tested to snitch (👀) and it’s not in good taste to tell you who…… but as #tamartians you are very smart and can figure things out on your own. But know that every one who smiles in your face is NOT your friend and is NOT cheering for you and will LIE and try and tear u down to TRY and dim your light. Thank GOD HE HOLDS MY FUTURE AND MY HAND! (Remember who u are)….I am Tamar Braxton. And if you thought for 1 sec u played me…..In the late great prince and the amazing Beyoncé voice you PLAYED yourself😂 to God be the Glory and I will be taking a short break from ALL social media…until then❤️ yourself and WATCH YOUR BACK ( I put this picture up cause this is the embrace I got from my sister and best friend that she ALWAYS gives when she knows I’ve been had)”

According to Rolling Out, Braxton went on to unfollow Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, and Jeannie Mai, but not Tamera Mowry-Housley. These women seemed so friendly and close, my question is: What really went down behind the scenes? A source told Love B. Scott said that there were issues with Braxton and production in addition to low ratings of her from the audience and advertisers.

I feel confused and shocked right now, and as merely a fan of Tamar Braxton, I can’t even imagine how she feels right now.

Well, the late Prince said it best, “I can’t be played. A person trying to play me plays themselves.”

Although she has been seriously tried, this is only a small bump in road for Tamar Braxton. Who will replace her? Do you think The Real will be able to make it without her? Leave a comment below!
